Handled with care.

Who handles your enquiry

Portman Smith, trading as Portman Peptides, handles enquiries sent to info@portmanpeptides.com. Contact this inbox for privacy questions or requests about your information.

The enquiry form

The form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not send the form to a server, register an account or confirm an order. The information is sent only when you send the email through your email provider. Do not include payment credentials, sensitive personal information or clinical details.

Enquiry information and its purpose

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in the message, which may include your organisation and procurement requirement. We use it to answer the enquiry, prepare a requested quote and manage an agreed order. The basis is steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract; ordinary business correspondence also supports our legitimate interest in answering genuine enquiries.

Service providers and retention

The website uses Sites hosting and the inbox uses Namecheap Private Email. Hosting and email services process operational information needed to deliver their services. Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the request; order and invoice records are retained as required for business and legal obligations. We do not sell enquiry information or enrol enquirers in a mailing list.

Cookies and campaign links

This website adds no advertising pixels, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. If an incoming link contains campaign tags, those tags may be carried into the enquiry draft to help us identify its source. The form does not store your personal details in browser storage. Hosting infrastructure may process request logs needed to operate the service.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, and raise an objection where applicable, by emailing us. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
